About Me

I’ve designed for small brands and some not so small brands. I enjoy all of it. Whether I’m making a video, animation, print, or digital piece for a vibrating, watchamacallit, or a product that everyone knows and loves, I meet each new project with the same level of care and complete passion.

Hi There! I'm James. Get to know me.

Follow Me

I am a creative, responsible, and attentive graphic designer. Give me an idea, or a goal you want to meet with a product, and you can be positive I will show interesting sketches and designs.

Give me a deadline, and you can be sure I will meet it. Moreover, I try my best to be attentive to the needs and feelings of my colleagues, and believe it isn’t a bad thing having me around in the office.

Hobbies, include gaming, art history, home improvements, off-roading, hiking, and spending time with my family.

Since I was a child I’ve had a few dreams. One, working for Disney in just about any sort of capacity, and two, illustrating a children’s book.

Specialized in Spatial Design and Exhibition Strategy

I have created graphics for both B2B and B2C corporate events. For nearly 5 years I orchestrated, designed, and built exhibitions for a company with more than 2,000 employees worldwide. I can review budgets against actual expenditures while sourcing and meeting with the best, most cost-effective vendors. I am well versed in scheduling, planning, and executing a multi-channel approach.

My knowledge and practice of good, printed design, experiential design, and spatial design makes me a triple threat in the exhibit arena.

Execution and Approach

I employ hard eyes and a not so heavy hand.

I think my approach to graphic design resembles the worse kind of Oreo cookie. Lots of cookie on both sides and little cream in the middle. I believe a good project only becomes good when there is lots of thoughtfulness and preparation on the front, little time spent in the middle creating, and more time spent afterwards editing, proofing, and refining.

If you spend more time in the conceptual phase and on the refinement process, your design should come together easily and look effortless.
